- A person involved refuses to exchange information with you or flees the scene
- A tow is required
Exchange Information
Make sure you exchange the following information with any of the other drivers involved.
- Name, contact information, driver’s license number, and tag number
- Insurance agent’s name and policy number
- Vehicle’s year, make, model, and color
